We want you to love your Rocket Dog footwear as much as we do, so if you are not completely satisfied, we offer 30-day returns on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure shoes are tried on indoors to maintain their eligibility for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and secure it to your return package.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup; ensure the original shoebox is placed inside a shipping mailer.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
